ROUTINE & MOVES
Level 1 Oriental Belly Dance Class
The level 1 dance class starts with a 10 min warm up and stretching for all body parts especially the neck, shoulders, wrists, arms, hips AMD feet. After that practice start with basic moves of the body parts we mentioned before in warm up. Last 15 min will be a routine dance that we take in details that will be done at the end of the month. Moreover at the end of each class there will be a free style dance picked by the students.
Level 2 Oriental Belly Dance Class
The level 2 dance class starts with a 10 min warm up and stretching just like level 1 for all body parts especially the neck, shoulders, wrists, arms, hips and feet but a bit more advanced. After that practice start with intermediate moves of the body parts we mentioned before in warm up plus coordination of the two or three body parts together. Last 15 min will be a routine dance that has intermediate level moves that will be done at the end of the month. More over at the end of each class there will be a free style dance picked by the students.
Level 3 Oriental Belly Dance Class
The level 3 dance class starts with a 10 min warm up and stretching for all body parts especially the neck, shoulders, wrists, arms, hips and feet with very advanced moves. Then we start with advanced moves of the body parts we mentioned before in warm up as well as the coordination of hips with other body parts. Last 15 min will be a routine dance that we take in details that will be done at the end of the month. Moreover at the end of each class there will be a free style dance (2 min) picked by the students.
